The BYN is mostly a volunteer-led organization.  BYN staff are Jude Vilma (Nassau) and Sheneka Cartwright (Long Island). The BYN has a partnership established with the Caribbean Youth Network, which has afforded them four full-time missionary staff: Dan and Kelly Weightman, Gabe Swing and Bob Mastin.  Otherwise, all board members and leaders are committed volunteers on Long Island, Nassau or Abaco.

All BYN leaders agree to the Statement of Faith and sign a Faith and Conduct Code Policy.  Leaders are trained in relational ministry and graciously sacrifice many hours to invest in the lives of teenagers.

Our hope is that the students we work with today will one day desire to walk in our shoes and be the leaders of the future.  This is one of the reasons we invest much time and energy in high school student leadership teams and college age leadership groups in Nassau.  We have a long term vision to impact this country for Christ.
